CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 185 - REG 44

44. Regulation 4.2.02 (Ministerial consent required for use of certain expressions in names) 
44.1 Paragraph 4.2.02 (a): Omit the paragraph, substitute:

"(a) an application is made, or a notice is given, under one of the following
sections of the Corporations Law:

        (i)    in the case of registration of a name-section 601BC, 601CB or
               601CE;

        (ii)   in the case of reservation of a name-section 601DA;

        (iii)  in the case of change of a name-section 601DH; and:".

44.2 Paragraph 4.2.02 (b): Omit "Schedule 7", substitute "Part 4 of Schedule
6".
