CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 185 - REG 45

45.1 After regulation 4.2.01, insert: Exemptions from requirement to set out
ARBN etc on certain documents (Corporations Law, s 601DG)

"5B.3.03 For section 601DG of the Corporations Law, the exemptions provided
for in Schedule 7 apply in relation to the requirements of paragraphs 601DE
(1) (b), (c) and (d) of the Law.".
