MEDICAL RADIATION TECHNOLOGISTS ACT 2006 (NO. 21 OF 2006) - SECT 84

84 .         Failure to comply with disciplinary action

                A person must not contravene or fail to comply with an order of the Board given to that person under section 55 or  60.

        Penalty:

            (a)         for an individual, a fine of $5 000;

            (b)         for a body corporate, a fine of $10 000.
