49 .         Impairment matters

                The following are impairment matters —

            (a)         that a person is affected by his or her use of or dependence on alcohol or a drug to such an extent that the ability of the person to practise as a medical radiation technologist is or is likely to be affected;

            (b)         that a person suffers from an impairment to such an extent that the ability of the person to practise as a medical radiation technologist is or is likely to be affected.
