(1) The register must
be kept in the office of the registrar.
(2) The register must
be available for inspection by members of the public during normal office
hours.
(3) The register may
be made available for inspection by members of the public on an internet
website maintained by the Board.
(4) A person may, on
application to the registrar in respect of the register or an entry in the
register, and payment of the fee prescribed by the regulations, if any, obtain
a certified copy of the register or the entry.
(5) No fee is payable
under subsection (4) if the application is made —
(a) by
an officer of the department of the Public Service principally assisting the
Minister in the administration of this Act; and
(b) for
the purpose of carrying out the functions of an officer of that department.
