Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts The Board is required
to keep an accurate and up to date register of all medical radiation
technologists in such manner and form as the Board determines and in respect
of each medical radiation technologist is to record —
(a) the
name of that medical radiation technologist;
(b) the
area, or areas, of medical radiation technology in respect of which the
medical radiation technologist is registered;
(c) the
business, or other, address of that medical radiation technologist;
(d)
particulars of all of the qualifications in medical radiation technology
recognised by the Board and held by that medical radiation technologist;
(e) the
provision of this Act under which the medical radiation technologist is
registered;
(f) any
conditions applying to the registration;
(g)
details of the exercise of any power under Part 5 in respect of that
medical radiation technologist; and
(h) such
other information, if any, as is prescribed by the regulations.
