CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACT 2004 (NO. 71 OF 2004) - SECT 101

101 .         Application of this Division

        (1)         This Division applies to any charge that is to be tried by a judge and jury.

        (2)         This Division does not affect the operation of the Juries Act 1957 .
