Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The regulator must
maintain a register of persons who pass applicable legislation examinations
for a statutory position or statutory certificate.
(2) The register must
include the following details of each person who passes an applicable
legislation examination —
(a) the
person’s name;
(b) the
statutory position or statutory certificate for which the applicable
legislation examination is taken and passed;
(c) the
person’s gender;
(d) the
person’s place and date of birth.
