Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The mine operator
of a mine must give the regulator a work health and safety report each quarter
in accordance with this regulation.
Penalty for this subregulation:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $4 200;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $21 000.
(2) The report
must —
(a) be
given as soon as practicable after the end of the quarter to which the report
relates, but no later than 15 days after the end of the quarter; and
(b) be
given in the approved form and in the manner required by the regulator; and
(c)
contain the information specified in Schedule 25.
