(1) The mine operator
of a mine who engages a worker at the mine must pay all expenses relating to
health monitoring of the worker under this Division.
Penalty for this subregulation:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $4 200;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $21 000.
(2) If the mine
operator of a mine has not engaged a worker at the mine, the mine operator
must ensure that the person conducting the business or undertaking who engaged
the worker pays all expenses relating to health monitoring of the worker under
this Division.
Penalty for this subregulation:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $4 200;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $21 000.
