(1) The mine operator
of a mine must ensure that the health monitoring of a worker under this
Division is carried out by or under the supervision of a registered medical
practitioner with experience in health monitoring.
Penalty for this subregulation:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $7 000;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $35 000.
(2) The mine operator
must consult the worker in relation to the selection of the registered medical
practitioner.
Penalty for this subregulation:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $4 200;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $21 000.
