WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY (MINES) REGULATIONS 2022 - REG 670B

670B .         Mine emergency workers

                The site senior executive of a mine may appoint a competent person to be a mine emergency worker at the mine in relation to —

            (a)         a particular emergency at the mine; or

            (b)         all emergencies at the mine.
