Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The mine operator
of a mine must keep a copy of the emergency plan for the mine at the mine.
Penalty for this subregulation:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $4 200;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $21 000.
(2) The mine operator
of a mine must ensure that a copy of the emergency plan for the mine is
available on request to a person employed in the department of the Public
Service principally assisting in the administration of the Fire and Emergency
Services Act 1998 .
Penalty for this subregulation:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $1 450;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $7 000.
