Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations The mine operator of a
relevant mine must ensure that designated workers at the mine are notified of
the results of any assessment of doses of radiation received by the worker as
soon as practicable after the assessment is completed.
Penalty for this subregulation:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $4 200;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $21 000.
