Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations The mine operator of a
mine must ensure that a person is not engaged or permitted to carry out
electrical work at the mine unless the person is authorised to carry out that
work by a licence or permit under the
Electricity (Licensing) Regulations 1991 .
Penalty:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $7 000;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $35 000.
