carry out mining operations at a mine must ensure that the mine operator of
the mine is given, so far as is reasonably practicable, all relevant
information to enable the mine operator to identify any risks associated with
the proposed operations.
Penalty:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $4 200;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $21 000.
