mine must ensure that a contractor who is to carry out mining operations at
the mine is given, so far as is reasonably practicable, all relevant
information and access to the mine to enable the contractor to identify any
risks associated with the proposed operations.
Penalty:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $4 200;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $21 000.
