A person who, at a
workplace where a concrete panel is proposed to be manufactured, is a person
with management or control of the workplace must ensure that —
(a) the
manufacture is directly supervised by a person who is a competent person
concerning the manufacture of concrete panels; and
(b) each
person involved in the manufacture has completed —
(i)
any specified VET course concerning the aspect of the
work in which the person is involved; or
(ii)
a course that was, immediately before the commencement of
this regulation, approved by the Commissioner under the Occupational Safety
and Health Regulations 1996 regulation 3.88I(1)(b).
Penalty:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $7 000;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $35 000.
