    (1)     In the heading to regulation 7 of the Transport (Taxi-Cabs) Regulations 2005, for " Director " substitute " Licensing authority ".

    (2)     In regulation 7 of the Transport (Taxi-Cabs) Regulations 2005, for "Director" (where twice occurring) substitute "licensing authority".
