Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) If a planning scheme specifies that a thing must be done to the satisfaction of a responsible authority, Minister, public authority, municipal council or a referral authority, the prescribed fee for determining if the thing has been done satisfactorily is $102.
(2) The person who seeks the determination under subregulation (1) must pay the fee for that determination.
