Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) A notification of a design of prescribed equipment under regulation 801 of the Equipment (Public Safety) Regulations 2007 is, on and from the commencement of these Regulations, to be taken to be a notice of the design under regulation 37(a) of these Regulations.
(2) A confirmation of a notification of a design of prescribed equipment under regulation 803 of the Equipment (Public Safety) Regulations 2007 is, on and from the commencement of these Regulations, to be taken to be a confirmation of the notice of the prescribed equipment design under regulation 39(1)(a) of these Regulations.
