Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An official person may give confidential information about any person to an interstate youth justice agency if the official person believes the information is reasonably necessary for the transfer of a child or young person between jurisdictions under Schedule 1.
(2) In this section—
"interstate youth justice agency" means the public sector body, department or agency of another State or a Territory that is responsible for the administration of the youth justice system in that State or Territory.
