YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 2024 - SECT 7

Meaning of terrorism record

For the purposes of this Act, a person has a terrorism record if the person—

        (a)     has been convicted of a terrorism or foreign incursion offence; or

        (b)     is or has been subject to a terrorism-related order.
