Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsA person who, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, has entered a youth justice custodial centre or youth justice community service centre, including any building, yard or ground belonging to that centre, must not refuse or fail to leave the centre when required to do so by any person in charge of that centre for the time being.
Penalty:
(a) in the case of a child, 120 penalty units or detention in a youth justice custodial centre for 12 months;
(b) in any other case, imprisonment for 2 years.
