Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsA person, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, must not lurk or loiter about a youth justice custodial centre or youth justice community service centre for any of the purposes referred to in section 541, 542, 543, 544, 545 or 546 .
Penalty:
(a) in the case of a child, 120 penalty units or detention in a youth justice custodial centre for 12 months;
(b) in any other case, imprisonment for 2 years.
