Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Commissioner for Youth Justice must immediately end the isolation period for a group or class of children or young persons placed in isolation under section 482 if the Commissioner believes on reasonable grounds that the use of isolation for that group or class is no longer necessary.
(2) Subsection (1) applies whether or not the period of isolation determined under section 484 has ended.
