(1) An application for an occupancy permit is to be (a) in an approved form; and(b) accompanied by any documents and information the building surveyor requires.(2) The building surveyor may require an applicant, within the prescribed period (a) to provide additional information and documents; and(b) to amend the application.(3) If an applicant fails to comply with a requirement under subsection (2) within the prescribed period, the building surveyor may treat the application as having lapsed.
