INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PRISONERS (VIETNAM) REGULATIONS 2009 (SLI NO 282 OF 2009) - REG 3

                In these Regulations:

"Act" means the International Transfer of Prisoners Act 1997 .

"agreement" means the Agreement between the Government of Australia and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam concerning Transfer of Sentenced Persons , done at Canberra on 13 October 2008, a copy of the English text of which is set out in Schedule 1.
