CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 185 - REG 80

80.1 In this regulation: amended Regulations means the Corporations
Regulations as amended by these Regulations, except this regulation. provision
has the same meaning as in regulation 79.

80.2 The amended Regulations are further amended as follows:

   (a)  regulation 1.0.09 is relocated to appear immediately after regulation
        1.0.08;

   (b)  Part 2B.6 is relocated to appear immediately after the heading to
        Chapter 2B;

   (c)  regulation 2D.1.02 is relocated to appear immediately after regulation
        2D.1.01;

   (d)  the forms in Schedule 2 are rearranged into numerical order.

80.3 For paragraph 80.2 (d), forms that are identified by both a number and
suffixed letter are respectively taken, in a alphabetical order of the
suffixed letter, to be of the next higher number.
