CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 185 - REG 57

57. Regulation 9.2.04 (Practical experience in auditing (Corporations Law, s 1280 (2)))

57.1 Subparagraph 9.2.04 (a) (i): Omit "sections 331B, 331C, 331D and 331E",
substitute "sections 307, 308 and 309".

57.2 Paragraph 9.2.04 (c): Omit "sections 331B, 331C, 331D and 331E",
substitute "sections 307, 308 and 309".
