42.1 Part heading: Omit the heading, substitute:

"PART 5B.3-NAMES OF REGISTRABLE AUSTRALIAN BODIES AND FOREIGN COMPANIES
Availability of names (Corporations Law, s 601DC)

"5B.3.01 (1) For paragraphs 601DC (1) (a) and (b) of the Corporations Law, the
rules for ascertaining whether a name is identical with another name are the
rules set out in Part 1 of Schedule 6.

"(2) For paragraph 601DC (1) (c) of the Corporations Law, a name is
unacceptable for registration under the regulations if the name is
unacceptable under the rules set out in Part 2 of Schedule 6.
