CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 185 - REG 14.

14.1 After regulation 1.2A.04, insert: Financial reports of financial
institutions that are disclosing entities

"1.2A.05 For section 111AV of the Corporations Law, paragraph 308 (1) (a) and
subsection 308 (2) of the Law as modified in items 2 and 3 in Schedule 13
apply to a financial institution that is a disclosing entity.".
