CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 185 - REG 13

13. Regulation 1.2A.04 (Financial institutions exempt from disclosing entity provisions)

13.1 Subregulation 1.2A.04 (1): Omit "sections 297, 298 and 299 of the Law (as
applied by section 323A of the Law)", substitute "sections 296 and 304 of the
Law".

13.2 Subregulation 1.2A.04 (2): Omit the subregulation.
