1991 No. 147 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 9

9. Regulation 30 (Certificates of approval) 
  9.1   After subregulation 30 (3), insert:


"(3A) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, contravene a condition to
which a certificate of approval is subject. Penalty: $2,500.".
  9.2   After subregulation 30 (4), insert:


"(4A) The holder of a certificate of approval must give to an authorised
person the evidence required under paragraph (4) (d). Penalty: $500.".
