1991 No. 147 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 10

10. Regulation 31 (Aircraft maintenance engineer licences) 
  10.1   After subregulation 31 (2), insert:


"(2A) A person must not carry out work that exceeds the limits of the work
specified in an endorsement on his or her licence. Penalty: $2,500.".
  10.2   After subregulation 31 (3), insert:


"(3A) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, contravene a condition
subject to which his or her licence is granted. Penalty: $2,500.".
