1991 No. 147 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 38

  38.1   Add at the end:


"(3) A person must not:

   (a)  fly an aircraft for the purposes of flying training in an area that is
        not designated as a flying training area; or

   (b)  engage in low flying or acrobatic flying in a designated flying area
        for the purposes of flying training except in accordance with an
        authorisation. Penalty: $5,000.".
