1991 No. 147 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 37

  37.1   After subregulation 138 (1), insert:


"(1A) A person who is the manufacturer, owner or operator of an aircraft must
not issue:

   (a)  a flight manual for the aircraft; or

   (b)  alterations to the flight manual for the aircraft; unless the person
        is authorised to do so. Penalty: $5,000.".
  37.2   After subregulation 138 (3), insert:


"(3A) The owner or operator of an Australian aircraft to whom a direction is
issued under subregulation (3) must not contravene the direction. Penalty:
$2,500.".
  37.3   Subregulation 138 (4):
Add at the foot of the subregulation: "Penalty for a contravention of this
subregulation: $5,000.".
