Section 126(1) is amended by deleting “strike out” and
inserting instead —
“ make a record, in a prescribed manner, in respect of
”.

Section 126(2) is amended as follows:
(a) by
deleting “mark” and inserting instead —
“ record ”;
(b) by
deleting “whose name is so marked” and inserting
instead —
“ in respect of whose name a record is so made
”.
(3)
Section 122A(1) is amended as follows:
(a) by
deleting “his name has been struck out” and inserting
instead —
“ a record has been made in respect of his name
”;
(b) in
paragraph (d), by deleting “whose name has been struck out
of” and inserting instead —
“
in respect of whose name a record has been made
on
”.
(4)
Section 150(2) is amended by deleting “the names of the electors
who voted at the election have been marked in accordance with the provisions
of section 126” and inserting instead —
“
records have been made under section 126 in respect
of the names of electors who voted at the election
”.
