ELECTORAL AMENDMENT ACT 2000 (NO. 36 OF 2000) - SECT 54

54 .         Referendums Act 1983 amended

        (1)         The amendments in this section are to the Referendums Act 1983 *.

        (2)         Section 18 is amended by inserting before “100A” —

                “ 100(3) to (3b), ”.

        (3)         Section 30(1) is amended by inserting after “27(1)(d) and” —

“
                the ballot papers used for voting at general polling places, within the meaning of section 100(3) of the Electoral Act 1907 ,

”.

        (4)         Section 30(4)(b) is amended by inserting after “on any” —

“
                ballot papers used for voting at general polling places, within the meaning of section 100(3) of the Electoral Act 1907 ,

”.
