ELECTORAL AMENDMENT ACT 2000 (NO. 36 OF 2000) - SECT 5

5 .         Section 13 amended

                Section 13 is amended by deleting “an election for such region or district until such writ is executed or returned” and inserting instead —

“
                a general election, or an election in that region or district, before sending any statement required under section 147(1)(b)

”.
