ELECTORAL AMENDMENT ACT 2000 (NO. 36 OF 2000) - SECT 23

23 .         Constitution Acts Amendment Act 1899 amended

                Section 8(6) of the Constitution Acts Amendment Act 1899 * is amended by deleting “writs” and inserting instead —

                “ a writ ”.
