ELECTORAL AMENDMENT ACT 2000 (NO. 36 OF 2000) - SECT 22

22 .         Constitution Act 1889 amended

                Section 13 of the Constitution Act 1889* is amended by deleting “that any of the writs of election not exceeding 5 shall not have been returned, or”.
