Regulation 88(1)(a)

omit, insert

(a)     both:

(i)     the vehicle is not a heavy vehicle; and

(ii)     the offence occurs not more than 1 month after the registration of the vehicle (under this Act or a corresponding Act of another jurisdiction) last expired; or
