"NORM "means naturally occurring radioactive materials.

"prescribed chemical legislation" means the following:

(a)     Dangerous Goods Act ;

(b)     Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act ;

(c)     Waste Management and Pollution Control Act ;

(d)     Water Act ;

(e)     Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Act .
