POLICE ADMINISTRATION (FEES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2013 (NO 39 OF 2013) - REG 3

(1)     Schedule, item 3

3     Providing services for a sporting or entertainment event where duties are carried out by 3 or more members of any rank

50 revenue units for each half hour or part thereof (including travelling time) for each member engaged

(2)     Schedule, item 12

omit, insert

12     Providing a national police certificate involving:
(a)     a name check only of a person	10 revenue units if the person is a volunteer; or 50 revenue units if the person is not a volunteer; or 120 revenue units if the request is a priority request for an expedited service
(b)     a name and fingerprint check	140 revenue units
(c)     a replacement certificate	5 revenue units if the person is a volunteer and 20 revenue units in any other case

(3)     Schedule, at the end

14     Taking fingerprints of a person on the request of the person

40 revenue units for each set of fingerprints taken
