bearing 247 degrees for 390 metres and 310 degrees for 290 metres; thence
north-westerly to a point on a north-western boundary of Lot 7646 distant 45
metres south-westerly of its most western northern corner; thence
north-easterly to the said corner; thence generally south-easterly and
north-easterly by north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Lot 7646 to a
south-eastern boundary of the Esplanade; thence generally north-easterly by
south-eastern boundaries of the Esplanade to the western corner of Lot 7794;
thence south-easterly and generally north-easterly by north-eastern and
