DARWIN WATERFRONT CORPORATION REGULATIONS (NO 36 OF 2009) - REG 4

    (1)     A levy for the funding of promotional activities may be imposed on a person who conducts business at commercial premises in the Precinct.

    (2)     In subregulation (1):

"commercial premises" means premises used primarily for conducting a business other than the business of the Corporation.
