MEDICAL RADIATION TECHNOLOGISTS ACT 2006 (NO. 21 OF 2006) - SECT 88

88 .         Assistance to execute warrant

                A medical radiation technologist, and any person —

            (a)         who engages or employs the medical radiation technologist to practise medical radiation technology;

            (b)         who is engaged or employed by the medical radiation technologist in the medical radiation technologist’s practice; or

            (c)         with whom the medical radiation technologist practises medical radiation technology in partnership,

                at the premises named in the warrant is to provide all reasonable assistance to an investigator executing the warrant issued under section 75.

        Penalty:

            (a)         for an individual, a fine of $5 000;

            (b)         for a body corporate, a fine of $10 000.
