Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) The Board or the
complaints assessment committee may appoint a person to investigate a
complaint and report to the Board or committee.
(2) An appointing body
is to issue to each investigator it appoints a certificate of appointment in
an approved form.
(3) A certificate
purporting to have been issued under this section is evidence in any court of
the appointment to which the certificate purports to relate.
