(1) If the medical
radiation technologist agrees to undergo an examination within the period
specified in the notice under section 64(2)(b), the medical radiation
technologist is to be examined by a medical practitioner agreed upon by the
impairment review committee and the medical radiation technologist.
(2) If the impairment
review committee and the medical radiation technologist are unable to agree
upon the person to conduct the examination, the Board is to appoint a medical
practitioner to perform the examination.
(3) The Board is to
pay for an examination conducted under this section and a report provided
under section 66.
(4) If the medical
radiation technologist does not agree to undergo an examination within the
period specified in the notice under section 64(2)(b) or does not abide
by an agreement to undergo such an examination, the impairment review
committee is to recommend to the Board that the Board make an allegation about
the complaint to the State Administrative Tribunal.
